I have a Medion MD 8828 computer with Vista OS and 2 Gig of RAM.
As I use Lightroom and Photoshop, I sometimes think I could do with getting additional RAM, because I have had the odd remark saying I have not enough memory to complete the task. (I am not sure whether that is hard disk space or RAM that the remark is referring to).
I looked on the Medion Forum and others have added additional RAM, but one chap says that whilst adding an extra 1 Gig to 1 Gig thus making 2 Gigs, makes a colossal difference, adding 2 Gigs to 2 Gigs making 4 Gigs in total does not.
Has anyone any thoughts on this? ie Should it help me to have 4 Gigs?
I rang Medion and they informed me that I needed:
2 x 1 Gb DDR2, 667 Megahertz, 64 bit, dual channel.
I have found this:
Before I order can anyone confirm whether this is the same product that Medion have suggested please?
