Firefox browser problem

Any users of Firefox who can give me an answer to the following problem I would be very grateful. I prefer to use Firefox but today I encountered a problem whilst trying to look at the thumbnails of Jocelyn's 'Prayine Mantis' - when I clicked on either of them I got an error message 'cannot be displayed as image contains errors' I then went into Internet Explorer and they displayed with no problem. If anyone knows of a setting that I can make in Firefox that will cure the problem I would be mighty pleased.

Can't imagine why you are having a problem, I use Firefox and the images show OK with me, so there must be a solution.
Sorry I cant personally help here, all I can say is do what I always do when something won't work,
Shut down and reboot the computer, its amazing how often this solves a problem.

Jocelyns thumbnails have been edited to appear at an angle. Its one of the gallery options. They all appear ok for me in my Firefox browser, but I wonder if it could be something to do with the problem. Just clutching at straws you understand

Ooooh ER! I didn't think that the angle would cause a problem! When you click to open the pics they are straight! If it is causing a problem, I will change it quick! I have been having a problem with Firefox browser for the last few days myself, with things not opening & screen freezing etc....or taking so long that it says it has timed out!

Jocelyn - I do not think it was simply your pictures which were giving me problems (and stil are) but it happens with others on other sites as well. I think that it is something which requires a setting in Firefox and I have not yet found an answer.

What version of Firefox are you using? (Click Help -> About ... to find out).

Also, when the rogue page is showing (with thumbnails missing), click on Tools -> Page Info and then on the Media tab. Scroll down to find one of the ugly blighters and let us know what it says there - you never know, it might give us a clue.
