The original poster seems to be a beta tester of a new product who leaked the info. --- or else totally a fake, just pretending .

A full frame Pentax K-3. The K-1 project was abondoned before its lauch but this time?

Richo seems to be strongly backing up Pentax since its acquisition btw.

I can't find the date of the article - was it today ie April fools day. Some people enjoy posting humour.

If not, Pentax fans could be made happy with the news.

good morning! It's already here April the 2nd. No April Fool at least on my part.
The original twitter was posted on March 23rd and the link I gave was posted on the 24th.

I'm prone to believe rumours btw. easily deceived.

There could be some truth in it because so many film-era K-mount lenses exist. However, using these lenses with a full frame digital sensor is not a guarantee of good image4 quality.

Yes and that's why they refer to a Tokinar guy's comment at CP+, Tokyo Camera Show. As you know, Pentax and Tokinar had a good relationship until Pentax was aquired by Hoya. That mutual cooperation once ceased but that guy says that Pentax approached Tokinar again for re-building a new cooperation for lenses development. He also said that the prototype of K-3 actuall existed at Pentax.

but as usual, this is quite similar to the way how a rumor spreads ...getting more plausible... and is starting to fool simple minded person like me.
