RUMOR: Canon MF

the top design reminds me of old Mamiya MF.

MF sensor with 44.7 MP. Taking into account that TV is going to be 4K or 8K in near future, some guys think it's a plausible rumour.

In the old interview Canon approved that they were developing a sensor with 100MP but stressed at the same time that they would never enter into MF format cameras.

Is this a leak or a rumour just for fun?

I read about the medium format rumour some 2 or 3 years ago, is it the same one resurfaced or a new one.
