It's certainly possible; the pixel pitch will be no worse than Micro Four Thirds and most APS-C sensors. The files will be ridiculously massive though; 150MB for an uncompressed 8 bit TIFF, for example.

I would venture to say totally unsuitable for the average domestic printer and indeed computer.
