What's the best program to open/view a rwl file?

Lightroom I expect though this .rwl is Panasonic really. Leica give Lightroom as their default software. However if this doesn't work try http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...jsp?ftpID=5388 and convert to DNG which is Leica's normal raw format.

I have LR but it's not my first choice of processors.

Graham, I'm probably giving egg sucking lessons but if you import and convert to .dng then most programs can handle the resulting .dng files. Photoshop certainly can.

Thanks again Mike.

It would have been nice if DxO Optics Pro had opened them, but no such luck.

I guess it will be lightroom, then export to DxO or PS.
