Here is just a small selection of the photos taken whilst on the flight.

One must bear in mind that the shots were taken in cramped conditions through the window of the plane and using the screen and not a viewfinder, this means it is difficult to brace the camera and you are prone to having the camera move around as you hold it in front of you and you cannot avoid some reelections from the glass. I can report though that the camera performed admirably and that not one of the many shots I took was blurred or had noticeable camera shake.
One of the mountains that could be seen clearly from up there was Mt Robson, the highest peak in the Rockies. We were told we were lucky to see it as it is often in cloud. This shot is of the mountain from the ground as we passed it on our route to our next stopping off point Clearwater in BC

We are now in a region of BC known as the Wells Gray Provincial Park, and we have just spent a most enjoyable day exploring it. Its an area of forest and low rolling mountains, cut by the valley of the Clearwater River and its tributaries. I thought I would just show you this last shot for the moment, of one of the lesser known waterfalls. As with many the lighting conditions are terrible due to their position. However with a little tweaking in Lightroom, I'm pretty pleased with the shot. Clearly though with a careful exposure the camera was able to capture all the vital information
We did not do the flight which looked stunning. The little camera works well at low shutter speeds with such apparent clarity from the inside of the cockpit.
Hope we see some more before you return home. I have a look every day.
