Im of to the Lake district in August and I have a problem..............I want good pictures but dont want to carry my Slr and lenses as they live in their own rucksack. As I will be doing day walking I need to carry my day pack so I'm toying with the idea of getting a good compact to capture the hilltop views and some of the villages around.
I know that some here are using the Cannon
G10 and some of the images iI have seen on here are excellent. Or does anyone have any ideas of a good light but decent compact that would fit the bill.
