I've just come across an interesting piece on the BBC News magazine online that celebrates 100 years of Leica.

It's narrated by photojournalist Tom Stoddart, also a Leica devotee. The underlying message is that the camera doesn't take control of your photography - it helps or even makes you think about what you are photographing in a more personal way. There are some interesting anecdotes and Leica-shot images. It's well worth a look.

One thing that struck me is that there is absolutely no reference to Leica in the digital era.
