After the rather sobering subject of [URL="http://dpnow.com/forum2/blog.php?b=321"]my previous blog post[/URL], here's one to lighten the atmosphere. I was in London this afternoon to take some sample shots with Olympus' new 75mm f/1.8 (150mm equivalent) Micro Four Thirds medium telephoto lens. At the same time we were shown the new Olympus TG-1 Tough camera. And this is what one of the sample cameras had to endure:

It not only survived, but was rinsed and dried and continued to be evaluated by other journalists throughout the afternoon!
If my 1030 wasn't so tough, I could tell the wife I broke it and get a new TG-1 :rolleyes:
I really do enjoy playing with new toys and this is just the sort of thing that gives me ideas :cool:
