Olympus E-5, Zuiko Digital 300mm f/2.8 + EC-20 2x converter @f/7.1, ISO 400, 1/100th second.

I spotted the roughly half moon, complete with halo as we didn't have a clear sky this evening, through the skylight in the back of our house and thought, that would be good for today's Daily Photo. I happened to have the longest Olympus telephoto at home (300mm f/2.8 or 600mm equivalent) and an EC-20 2x converter, so off I went outside with lens, E-5 camera and tripod. Despite the wispy cloud I was rather surprised at how much detail I was able to get, and no halo, either. A clearer night and a beefier tripod would have produced a better result, but this not bad at all.
