Had to give things a miss yesterday, but today I thought I'd have a go at another self-portrait, and I used the Olympus E-5 with an off-camera FL-50R flash, remote controlled, and fitted with a Lastolite EZYBOX mini soft box. I had no assistance, so the focus was pre-set using live view and I used the 12 second self-timer. This is the full frame and I used Lightroom 3.3 to convert to mono and added some post-crop vignette. The lens used was the Olympus Zuiko Digital 70-300mm f/4-5.6, @70mm and f/6.3, and the E-5 was set to 1/250th, ISO 200.
