BBC CONTROVERSY?
:We have highlighted BBC TV�s A Digital Picture of Britain: and its accompanying photo competition, but DPNow readers have been fazed by the Beeb�s very restrictive terms and conditions for competition submissions. Basically, if you enter a picture, you have to give the BBC royalty-free rights to do what they wish with the photo. Is this right? See our forum discussion on the subject.
