Cyprus for photography
Hi everyone,
I'm off to Protaras, the tourist resort of Paralimni, in the South East of Cyprus on Weds 1st Aug for 2 weeks and can't wait to see the sunshine.
Is there any chance you have been to this area to any interesting places for photography? So far, I've found 2 places of interest which are a medieval castle in Ayia Napa (a monastery), and Church of Prophet Elias which has breathtaking panoramic views from 100m climb up about 200 steps! I don't know if my body will allow the climb yet but my enthusiasm is strong ... watch this space to find out if I made it.
I'm taking my Canon with 1x 1G, 1x2G and 1x4G CF cards. If you have any helpful hints or tips regarding landscapes, sunrises and sunsets I'd really appreciate it.
I'm getting so excited now, I'll post some pics when I get back to a damp UK.
