I have some minor, but I hope - welcome - forum improvements to announced today.
1. Latest gallery photos displayed on your forum profile page.
If you have made use of our free photo gallery and uploaded some pictures (if not - WHY not?
), your latest four images will be displayed as thumbnails on your forum profile page. Clicking on any of the thumbnails takes you to the gallery page for that image. Have a look at some profiles from the Members Listing pages to see how it works.
2. Login session timeout increased.
In response to a request, the forum login session time out has been increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes of inactivity. Don't forget, you can use the 'remember me' option at log-in to remain logged in until you next log yourself out - even if you switch your PC off, overriding the time out.
3. Easy and convenient gallery image posting in the forum.
In case you missed it last week, you can now post your gallery pictures directly into forum messages using a new pop-up gallery image poster.
I'm always looking out for the next good idea for the forum - I can't promise to implement every single suggestion, but I'll do my best!
Ian
