Not the Tower of London, go further north. The building that the photo was taken in is bigger and taller than the Tower of London.

Is it the Roman Catholic Cathedral, Saint John the Baptist, in Norwich? I think there is a walkway like this there.

Well done to Kurt. It is part of the roof space in a Cathedral, but it's Lincoln, not Norwich. The picture was taken on a tour of the roof space, this image shows the area underneath where the first photo was taken:

Over to Kurt for the next photo in the challenge.

Well, I didn't get it really. I was a few miles out with my Cathedral!

Never mind, here is one that I think is really tough, although it can probably be tracked down by the observant . . . or anyone who has visited this site. I was there last week and the weather was better than it looks in this shot, the mist and clouds soon disappeared and it was a wonderfully warm day.

              No, not in Brittany.

The stones are called "Menhirs" and there are more than twenty of them on the edge of this car park - moved from their original site.

Is the picture taken somewhere near to Carnac in France? I have seen Menhirs, or standing stones, near to there but I can't recall any in a village.

It's not France, but the locals do speak French.

I can only think Belgium, but I've only ever been to Brussels

                            Switzerland then?

Yes! It is Switzerland - and in the French-speaking area. To re-cap the Menhirs are adjacent to a car park and close to the lake in this pleasant village.

It probably is too tough, so to give more chance. Think Menhir, Megalithic, and get the name of the lake which is partly in Switzerland and partly in France go to Google Image search with this information and you may spot the answer.
