Thanks John. This, again, is an out-of-camera jpeg shot with the Velvia preset. I could have relieved the shadows, but I'm starting to listen to people, especially your advice to let shadows be shadows!Stephen

Difficult to quantify at the moment, as I'm still messing around in the menus etc, but I'd say it's slightly worse. But I'm on new batteries which haven't been conditioned - only one charge per battery so far.Originally posted by andym View PostStephen

Down here is my favourite part of the whole garden. This is in fact one of the gates going into the old kitchen garden, which is next to the river. It was only cleared a couple of months ago for a filming.Stephen
