Here's one from 2009 that I found and processed ... your thoughts would be appreciated. What could make it better? I've just had this put on a box canvas for my living room :0)

I like it a lot but find the background is in competition with the subject. Maybe desaturating the background a little or putting a selective blur on background may work in bringing the subject forward. That is purely my personal feeling only and not to say it's correct.

Jocelyn says a lot of what I would have. Maybe darken the background as well as blur it more. I might have checked if vertical orientation worked better as well.
