I've skipped through it, and I'm just left wondering why Red Bull, Renault and Ferrari thought they stood any chance whatsoever of winning the appeal. They seem to have no real evidence to bring to the table and their entire arguments would seem to hinge on trying to misread and misinterpret the regulations.
At least the report makes it 100% clear why the diffusers have been declared legal.
