I was walking from London Bridge Station along Southwark Road and came across these mult-coloured lights at the junction of Redcross Way. It was probably just after sunset, but there was still some ambient daylight. I deliberately increased the aperture to reduce the shutter speed to 1/5th second in order to get some motion blur from a passing vehicle. I also reduced the exposure a bit to avoid the colour in the lights from bleaching out. This was hand held and with nothing to lean on for stability, so image stabilisation was a definite asset!
