I know I share the same interest as a number of other DPNow forum users - yes, Formula 1 Grand Prix racing!

The season starts with the first practice day on Friday-week, in Melbourne, Australia. I'm flying the flaga again for the Honda, er, er, Brawn Grand Prix, team, and drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello.

Despite being uncertain of being able to compete this season as recently as two weeks ago, the team has belatedly joined the other teams in pre-season testing and have immediately shot to the top if the time sheets. They are now being tipped for early wins. What a turn around from last year.

Meanwhile, McLaren are struggling in testing, but today they seem to have made an aerodynamic breakthrough.

All the teams have brand new cars that are very different from last season in order to comply with radical new rules to help improve overtaking. And with yesterday's announcement that the championship winner will be crowned based on wins rather than points, the incentive to overtake will be even greater than usual.

I can't wait! :D
